- Customer is liable for any damages to the vehicle.
- If passenger gets sick in vehicle or causes an excess mess, there is min $200 fee for cleaning.
- Smoking is not permitted in limousine or there will be an additional $500 charge to remove odor.
- Deposit is no refundable.
- Overtime is calculated as any hour or part there of and all vehicles are tracked by GPS.
- Due to the mechanical nature of vehicles, if a vehicle becomes disabled, as to render it inoperable, M&V Limousines Ltd. reserves the right to substitute that vehicle at their discretion.
- Gratuity/tips are not included on this bill and are at the sole discretion of the passenger.
- We are not responsible for lost articles left in limousines or buses.
- We are not responsible for things out of our control such as but not limited to traffic conditions, acts of God such as accidents, weather conditions, or lateness due to same.
- Although we make every effort to be on time we are not responsible for lateness due to us being held up by another customer such as a wedding and if we are late due to this situation the time will be given at the end of the job.
- All overtime must be paid the night of the job and balance is due in cash, cert check, or credit card but credit card arrangements have to be made in advance.
- If job is terminated early there is no refund of hours not used.
- There will be absolutely no cash refunds for any reason.
- Any disputes must be reported within 24 hrs and you agree that if we give compensation it will be in the form of future services or company credit.
